coating of higher pitched roofs should rather be left to professionals
who have the correct safety and accessibility equipment readily
available. Repairs can be easily carried out if the roof is in good

or apex down to the gutter. Head to Tail joints should be avoided
at all costs, even more so on a low pitched roof.
Insulation can
be installed after the sheets are put on if there is enough room
to move around inside the roof. In a flat roof scenario the insulation
will need to laid before the roof sheets are installed.
